FullBliss offers you the flexibility to ship most goods from a single pallet to a full truck/ Container load. Containerized cargo usually has a maximum tonnage of between 25 to 30 tons. Please contact us if you need extra clarification.

This depends on the kind of shipment and the destination. In general a shipment via ocean freight will take more time than a shipment via road transport or air freight.

Transit time is dependent on where the shipment is coming from. You will be provided with daily updates as regards the movement of your shipment and you will be notified once your shipment has arrived.

Any cargo entering Nigeria is supervised by one entity or another ranging from goods, electronics, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, power generation equipment etc. Before embarking on the shipping of their cargo, the consignee must obtain permission from the relevant agencies or authority.

Form M is a required contractual document to be completed by all importers for the importation of goods into Nigeria.

The Life cycle of Form M is 180 days (for general merchandise) and 365 days(for Plant and Machinery). It is issued by the Designated Dealer which is called an Authorized Dealer Bank(ADB). Any further extension shall be authorized by the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN).

The consignee or the owner of the goods is responsible to process Form M
Customs duty refers to the tax on goods when they are transported across international borders. In simple terms, it is the tax levied on the import and export of goods. These duties are used by the government to generate revenue, protect domestic industries and control the movement of products.
Shipping Line and terminal charges are service charges levied by the shipping company and the terminal company for services rendered on cargo at the port of destination before arriving at the consignees destination. Shipping Line and terminal charges are third party charges to a freight forwarder.

These are the airport agencies that handle cargo at the airport before it is released to the consignee.

NAHCO/FAAN charges are third party charges to a freight forwarder.

The shipper is the supplier who will send the goods from origin while the consignee is the owner of the goods; who will receive the goods at the destination.

A freight forwarder is a multifunction agent or operator involved in the storage and transportation of goods from one point to another on behalf of the client.

This service is essential to the successful and efficient movement of goods as the freight forwarder has the required license and knowledge of the fundamentals needed.

Third party charges may only be decided after the shipping company, terminal company, NAHCO, Customs, FAAN have given their invoice following delivery of their services or appraisal of the shipment. A freight forwarder may leave these charges as received or at a cost on a quotation or offer an estimate.
In order to measure the volumetric weight to what is greater, it is also important to know if the cargo will fit into the aircraft cargo compartment, a 20ft container or a 40ft container, etc, since the freight cost, whichever is higher, is considered for costing.
